How does PEEKSSOT conduct a CRM implementation?

First, we conduct a pre-project survey of the sales process, communicating with the marketer, salespeople and company management. 
Based on the information obtained, we develop a concept of CRM customization: sales funnels, process automation, data handling, roles and access rights, reports, integration with website and other systems. We approve it with the customer and make corrections if necessary.
After approval of the proposed concept, we customize and test the system.
